1. How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired item, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely through our payment portal.


2. Do you offer limited collections?

Yes. Every BLANC collection is produced in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked — each piece is meant to remain exclusive.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout.


4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation. After this time, your order will begin processing and can no longer be altered. Please contact support@blanc.com immediately if you need assistance.


5. Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping from our European fulfillment centers. Delivery times vary depending on your location.


6. How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery within Europe takes 3–7 business days, and international delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.


7. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations. BLANC is not responsible for these additional charges.


8. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Due to the limited nature of our products, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at support@blanc.com with your order details and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.


11. Do you restock sold-out items?

Generally, no. Each BLANC piece is released in limited quantities. Occasionally, select styles may return in new editions — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
