At BLANC, we take great care in crafting and delivering each piece to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the limited nature of our collections, refunds are handled with particular attention to fairness, authenticity, and product integrity.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.

The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

The item is not a custom, personalized, or made-to-order product.
Refunds that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer care team at support@blanc.com with:

Your order number,

The item name, and

A brief explanation for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
We are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged by the customer. We provide you with a shipping label QR code you must print out and attach it to the parcel, this is at no cost to you. BLANC cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact support@blanc.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

- Personal Clothing items

Gift cards or store credit
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
