Worldwide Delivery
BLANC offers worldwide shipping from our European fulfillment centers. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During collection launches or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy
Each BLANC piece is made in limited quantities, crafted with precision and care. To maintain quality and exclusivity, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact support@blanc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund or exchange.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to limited availability, exchanges are subject to stock confirmation. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@blanc.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
